Individual Therapy
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach to therapy.
My work is informed by:
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST)
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
I believe that challenges such as trauma, anger, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem are not signs that something is wrong with you, but understandable responses to life experiences.
My role is not to fix you, but to work alongside you. Together, we explore your goals, identify what may be getting in the way, and uncover the internal strengths and resources that support healing.
Couples Therapy
Do you find yourselves having the same arguments over and over, without resolution?
Do you feel unheard, misunderstood, or disconnected in your relationship?
Do the ups and downs leave you unsure how to stay consistently connected?
These are common experiences for many couples, whether you’ve been together for one year or ten.
I use an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach to help couples understand the patterns they get stuck in and how those cycles develop.
Together, we explore:
What triggers these patterns
What emotions and needs exist underneath them
What keeps the cycle going
From there, we work toward expressing needs more clearly, responding to one another more effectively, and creating a more secure and connected relationship.
Couples therapy is not about making two people the same. It’s about helping each partner feel seen, understood, and respected while learning to do the same for each other.
